DiVi Espresso is proud of its unique wood fire roasted coffee. A traditional method of roasting coffee handed down since 1903 from Italy. One of only a few coffees that are wood fire roasted coffee in Australia and one of few wood roasters in the world.

 

The unique blend of coffee is slow roasted in our exclusive wood fire oven which draws out the natural flavors of the coffee beans and adds a subtle smoke flavor.

 

The distinct intense flavor and full bodied aroma is unmistakable. Blended from selected quality imported beans then slow roasted to perfection using our unique traditional wood fire roasting process.

 

We are so particular about our roasting process we even source the wood from selected regions around Australia, to give a delightful, deep wood fire taste. 

 

The first thing you’ll notice about DiVi Espresso is the full aroma and the smooth taste. There is no bitterness or sharp after taste. This is because of the natural heat produced from the wood fire. Gas roasting has a harsher heat which gives a raw edge to the taste profile and character.  Compare the difference.
